2.2 HEALTHCARE CONSULTATION REQUIRED: Before using any napixel product, you MUST consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are taking medications, pregnant, nursing, or under 18 years of age.
2.3 INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY: Results from dietary supplements vary significantly between individuals based on genetics, health status, lifestyle, and other factors. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or timeframes.
2.4 NO MEDICAL CLAIMS: Any information provided about our products is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Our products have not been evaluated by the Hungarian National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (OGYÉI).
2.5 CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you have known allergies to any ingredients, serious cardiovascular conditions, liver or kidney disease, or are taking prescription medications without medical approval.
3. Product Information and Classification
3.1 Product Classification: All napixel products are food supplements as defined by EU Directive 2002/46/EC and Hungarian food safety regulations.
3.2 Intended Use: Products are intended for healthy adults as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not substitutes for varied nutrition or medical treatment.
3.3 Quality Standards: Products are manufactured in facilities following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and undergo quality testing for purity and potency.
3.4 Ingredient Transparency: Full ingredient lists and nutritional information are provided on product packaging and our website in compliance with EU labeling regulations.
3.5 Storage Instructions: Products should be stored in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
4. Order Process and Payment Terms
4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason.
4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include applicable VAT. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders honor the price at time of purchase.
4.3 Payment Methods: We accept cash on delivery (COD) throughout Hungary. Payment is due upon receipt of goods.
4.4 Order Confirmation: You will receive order confirmation via email or SMS containing order details and expected delivery timeframe.
4.5 Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. Delivery Terms and Conditions
5.1 Delivery Area: We deliver throughout Hungary. Delivery times vary by location:
- Budapest and major cities: 2-3 business days
- Rural areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote locations: 5-7 business days
5.2 Delivery Hours: Standard delivery Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00. Saturday delivery available upon request with additional fees.
5.3 Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt redelivery or arrange pickup from designated location. Storage fees may apply after 7 days.
5.4 Risk Transfer: Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery. Inspect packages immediately and report damage within 24 hours.
6. Consumer Rights (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
6.1 Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.
6.2 Withdrawal Procedure: To exercise withdrawal right, send written notice to [email protected] with order number and reason. Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
6.3 Return Costs: Customer bears direct costs of returning goods unless product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
6.4 Refund Timeline: Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned products or withdrawal notice, whichever is later.
6.5 Exceptions: Opened products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless defective.
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1 Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.2 Health-Related Disclaimers: We are not responsible for health outcomes, adverse reactions, or failure to achieve expected results from product use.
7.3 User Responsibility: Customers are responsible for following dosage instructions, consulting healthcare providers, and discontinuing use if adverse reactions occur.
